Andrea Bettini was born and raised in Mantua Italy. His passion for food and music, and his desire to radically change his life led him to move from Italy to Indianapolis Indiana. Starting at an early age Andrea worked along side his mother in the preparation of classic Italian food. This experience has allowed him to develop a unique gift that culminated to starting Bettini Pasta in 2015.
Bettini Pasta is a Fresh Pasta Company located in the revitalized Massachusetts Avenue corridor near downtown Indianapolis.
Bettini pasta uses authentic Italian recipes from Andrea’s background to make fresh pasta daily.
We not only produce fresh pasta, but it is important to work very closely with our clients to provide unique pasta for each them.
Keeping our hands in the process but using modern production methods we are able to produce large quantities of fresh artisan pasta.
